u know pedro...many many heroin addicts still smoke..they can kick the gear..but not the nicotine..
and I used this info for years to justify my addiction..but OMG that first 24 hrs is hell..but sooo worth it.
Determination is all u need ..if I can do it ..seriously anyone can, I have people in shock cos I was so weak in their eyes.
