deepblue218: I know some laws require a legal separation period before devoice. However, shouldn’t they start to date others after devoice? I would love to hear your opinions.
Its not the legal paper work which is important, its behavioural conduct.
Someone could be divorced and behave less that scrupulously, another may be separated and true to their word.

I know a lot of people in this situation. They are still legally married but have been separated for some time. I believe some actually BELIEVE they ARE already divorced.
I'm not sure if it's right or wrong and I'm not one to judge so it is what it is.

Great idea devoicing. If that had been an option I wouldn't have needed a divorce.
