this is a sad day 24th as my mum died 22 years ago at a young age, why well no body can answer but it hits me every year.
on the plus side a year after to the day my daughter was born so this brings me happiness as she is 21

hmmm. Going through a hard time myself and I wont say why either ;-)
Cry or don't cry it wont change a damn thing so just get on with it. Life is hard and you just pull on your 'big girl pants' and deal with stuff. I should know. I have NO ONE in the world to help me. When you are in my shoes you can either collapse or deal. I deal. Who knows how it all will pan out. But life is not 'fair'
Probably not the fluffy 'there there' stuff you want to hear but I believe once you deal with life as it is the rest is just 'stuff'.
