Well its better than Penny. When you first mentioned Penny I thought barf lol

But yes Tasha is cute. Funny that was one of the names I had thought of for Tatiana before she was born lol

I am sure you will find the perfect name to suit her. :o)

I think Lucky would go better for a male dog and not female. But you never know.

My mom and step dad have a Pomeranian male dog and his name is Lucky. A real cutie!

That's so cool! I had thought of naming her "Chance" wich is Lucky in French...I think in French it does suit a female dog :-)

But so far Tasha is still in the running lead...The sheppard search and rescue dog of my friend was named Natasha(called her Tasha for short). I loved her so much and she had the temper of a dog I liked...She seems very much like her and seems to fit her as well...so it is my fav running one too...lol...it's just that I have to consider my kids opinions too! My daughter said Nicha...but not sure what it means and sounds weird...(just sounds like nichon to me laugh

BTW the house training is absolutely amazing so far! Still no accidents in 2 days :-)! She knows where the door is and she goes to the same area to do her weewee and poopy...lol...even if we play outside in front of the house she will go running to her bathroom area...it's so great. I think it's better since she lived with mommy and baby pups outisde. She is curious about the cats and them about her. They all seem to be adapting well to each other. She loves my daughter and runs to her happily and hears her when she comes in from school. My son just loves to sit back and watch her and play with her, I am glad about that since he is young and he is not looking into handling the puppy too much as he seems to understand that it's a puppy.

The first night was great, from 12am she slept in her kennel the whole night and woke up to go outside and eat at 6:30 this morning! During the day she likes to sleep in her kennel and she just weeps a couple times to let me know it's waky waky and time to go outside...I leave the kennel door open during the day and all that without no accidents so far!

She loves riding in the van, and sleeps the whole time...so drive trained too!

lol...this is becoming the dog training thread...lol...angel

Well after waiting 3 months for the right one, we finally adopted a new addition also. She is a 6 year old lhasa apso named Abby and is the best thing since sliced bread. It's like having a 15 pound shadow wherever I go and it's only been a day...
