could be something unfinished? stress? or just a faze........
Well i tried to google it and it said "stress" as well...geez now i'm really stressed out!!!
The only thing I can think of stress or have you been eating late at night?
Ummmm...well...does gummy bears count???

Are you aware of your mood during the sleep talking phase? If you're having sweet dreams I wouldn't worry about it. If not, yeah, stress sounds likely. Don't blame the gummy bears. 
I dream alot when I'm sleeping and it does go depending on my level stress at times.
If you wake up and it startles you cause you realize you were talking in your sleep try like Jonquille said to remember what you felt like in your dream...
my main cause for this as the others have mentionned is definitely stress when I do that ...:-)

Wikked, I can't help you there.....I have been talking in my sleep since I was a wee one..........does that mean that my whole life has been a stress trip?
Maybe you just have a lot on your mind and since we are all in a calm mode when sleeping, your thoughts are released thru sleeping..
Can't even tell you if it will be a short term thing.....

Except since this past weekend i have been talking in my sleep just about every night...and i know i'm talking co-herently because i wake myself up by the sound of my voice...
Anyone have any idea what would bring on something that is not a usual behaviour for someone??
