There are so many regions where a particular food from an ethnic group may be popular, but it's truly a culinary delight here. I grew up on the East Coast, lived in the Midwest, then California for many years, and now back to the Midwest, and each area had favorites, but you could eat whatever you wanted daily.
Pizza on the boardwalk, Chicago style Hot dogs, California fruits and nuts LOL and salads, but all of these were also available in any region, perhaps with their own take on them.
Yes, fast food is everywhere too. Had a good laugh about KFC's popularity in China.

All the junk you can find, is a main diet in my NOW country. The country I was born in known pretty much like Irish, potatoes, cabbage and bacon..Not as healthy, but for some reason not that many overweight people.. And that country in Ukraine.
