I found Antalya to be an unattractive sprawling city, overloaded with traffic and too much pollution. Much better to travel an hour or so west and vist the tree houses at Olympos for perfect peace and tranquility...this is a link to one of the best tree house sites in the valley

It's a beautiful place V, used by 'round the world backpackers' mainly Americans, Canadians, Aussis and Kiwi's. People sit around and chat about their travel experiences during the evenings and by day there is a wonderful beach set on the beautiful Turquoise Coast just half a mile away.
Very cheap to stay there also...
