Go to start menu then setting then there would be Sound & Audio device option, open it and apply mark on place volume icon in task bar

The sound card has a ribbon connection of sorts that needs to connect with the computer's power supply.

if it doesn't play, then go to my computer properties, and then hardware then device manager, then come down there would be option (sound video and game contoller) open it, if there is yellow type of point, it means you didn't install correct driver
