mjpd67: Would it be a better World if we had more powerful women in control ,would there be less World conflicts ,poverty, violence, Angela Merkel has been re elected as German Chancellor again and Emily O Reilly takes up her post Tuesday as European Ombudsman first time a woman has held this position. I would like your thoughts and views please.

The best compliment Golda Meir (a woman) got was from Ben-Gurion: "She was the best man in the government"

Well, I, for one, certainly hope He isn't female because I've been nursing a purple passion for Him and I don't DO women! (Bleh! I cannae SEE what men see in that really but to each their own... And I am kinda glad you fellers feel that way -- for my own nefarious reasons, obviously...)

And I don't care to "control" a man at all (thank you very much). I want a MAN who knows what he wants and has no compunctions about getting there. Myself I am a "can do" woman. I certainly need as much in a man so he feels good about himself standin next to me.

(As you were...) Bye, bye, bye...

"I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break in pieces." -Étienne de La Boétie
