Electric blanket!
The one good thing i took from my ex have it turned on about an hour before bedtime, jump in and its nice and toasty and i believe its great for the back as heat is suppose to be, it certainly feels good anyway, switch it off before sleep or leave it on, whatever floats yer boat, no need been in a cowld owld bed in 2013
