I'm Picto-Celtic.
My Mum is an Highlander...
Dad from 'Lowlands'/West Scotland
So I'm half Highland, half lowland.
Or, half North / half South Scottish.
I've also lived abroad, and can speak in several accents,
but that doesn't affect my genetic ethnicity (if only someone would explain that to some Scot's who see me as a foreigner!!!)
I see Scottish as being a race, not only an accent.
Regardless of these debates, by ethnicity is Picto-Celtic.
(Picts + Celts = Scottish).
