I once owned a bird. I never really liked it but I bought it for my daughter. The bird sensed I didn't it and it was clear the feeling was mutual. The bird's wings were clipped and was in his cage one day. Again, no one was at home. Somehow the bird got out of it's cage and was flying towards me flocking it's wings and was trying to attack me! It had me crawling on the floor trying to get away from it. Eventually, my husband at the time, came home and was able to easily catch the bird and return it to it's cage. Shortly after this incident, I found a new home for the bird and replaced him with a hamster.
