Years ago, growing up as a kid in a rural area - it then used to be the trend to use convict labor to clear wild vegetation for roads and rail. Don't see this anymore...hard labor!

As much as I might agree with that statement it isn't suitable.If I threw a burglar out my top floor window, and he breaks his neck and die's, I would be charged and perhaps convicted of man slaughter, here that would be 3 years inside.
