Nope, never. In Hawaii we say, Da kine.
You da kine.
I da kine.
We go da kine.
We eat da kine.
We get some da kine.
You nevah see da kine?

What is really a trip about da kine is... when you say da kine in Hawaii, everybody always knows what you mean.
