Dear Senator Hill,

I feel deeply disturbed to perceive the Prime Minister John Howard felt deeply offended by my most recent offer to share with him what I perceive His Holiness Dalai Lama was attempting to convey during the combined meeting held in the Adelaide Cathedral.

It was not my intention in any way to offend John Howard P.M. In the first instance I clearly set out what subject matter was enclosed in the letter. That he chooses to feel offended greatly saddens me. I respectfully tried to correctly inform the PM of the nature of Buddhist thought, particularly in relation to our shared human experience, dependent arising, the nature of karmas, different and varied human experience and the certainty of karmas nature.

the writer has filed a further application July 1999 with the UN alleging violation of his right to due process according to law directed against the Australian Federal Judiciary, mainly members of the Family Court.
The writer took with the concurrence of both Houses of Federal Parliament proven misconduct too the Governor General of Australia proving allegations against members of the legal profession relating to recordings recorded in the Newcastle and South Australian Registries of the family court. The Judiciary refused to settle the matter I believe in informing Senator Hill they had no intention of settling. However I have been able to correctly file an application with United Nations Human Rights Commissioner as the court overlooked a twenty-seven-page transcript which I was able to file proving the allegations. I do however think the Commonwealth may be settling Commonwealth only interests in an obscure way in those matters soon.
Briefly with respect to the NZ Defence Force matters I was enlisted in the NZ regular army in 1964, sent to Vietnam for thirteen months mostly unarmed and alone as HQ driver in Saigon while having not previously been given basic training. The army arranged a sweetheart to write even though I couldn't read and write and the army previously placed me on the navy rum list. Repeatedly I was dressed in the dress of the Viet Cong during recruitment exercises just prior to my overseas service and pretend shot by other NZ servicemen throughout the northern region towns of NZ. Without my knowledge or consent the army changed date of departure and two (2) reenlistment contract dates, and tossed me out of the service without proper medical boarding upon my return. I seek lawful freedom from those contractual arrangements signed in 1964 which proposed a lawful discharge. I have not received pay and allowances and other dues since 1968.
