Conrad73: Might not be easy to create a Vaccine for a virulent fastmoving Disease like this!
This disease kills the same way as the bunny one , there is a vaccine that protects pet bunnies to some extent . Even the names the rabbit disease changed like this one . RCD , RCV ,RHD were/are names for the bunny one . I have seen the effects of that and if EHD or what ever its called today gets cracking Africa will once again be a place for wild animals . Not to say Europe , US and the rest of us won't be cleaned out . There is reason to fear this .

I don't need to link on that to confirm that's its the one . As I have said it changed its name over a year or two . On my place I had knocked the bunnies back and what I saw here was bad enough . On a farm next door where there's a lot of cover and was no control the place stunk of dead rabbits . It was all over quickly , with a repeat over the years following .

Conrad73: It would really hit the Crapper,if it became a Breakout of any significance in a Metropole of several Million People!
Now that would spell disaster!
I think its happening now , not sure if the DRs are still on strike . 20 mill there , interrupt the food to there and its problems big time .
