The idea of resurrecting this thread was to have a point of reference to other thread that has been under scrutiny because it is posting a little girl’s picture that is being posted in 29 different sites and those sites are not common, well not for me.
(Any animal hurt in the process was unintentional)

It seems there is already one court case in session.
I don't plan on being judge or jury to any case that might cause unrest in the forums and besides, I didn't receive notice in the mail to attend a court trial.

Besides the Judge and the Jury there are other roles like: defendant, accuser, the lawyers, the security team, the news-people,.....

The girl’s picture posted in the other thread is being posted in 29 different sites, many of them in forums in Farsi (Persian language) and other languages.
The one you have posted here is being in 15 different sites, but those are more common sites yet your post made some people upset however they say nothing about the other girl’s picture even though some of them are on line. Although they might have not seen that thread with the girl’s picture.

Reading back in this thread, I see that some folks were upset with it at the time but who knows what goes through the minds of others on any given day? Sometimes adversity from others is not always about the picture or content itself, but more to do with who is posting it. All I know is that we can't satisfy all of the people all of the time and the forums continue to be a learning experience for all of us.
The photo I posted in this thread came from a site dedicated to displaying these types of photos and is intended to attract folks who might want to have a chuckle...nothing more. Some folks simply won't see the humour in it at all. Me? I try to find humour in most things because life is simply too short to be stoic and too pc about every little thing.

2intrigued: Oddly enough, it is family members who post photos similar to that one and even worse on the website indicated in the photo. I don't believe the intent was to be abusive. Anyway, it's Ali's thread and not a pic he posted so if it's found to be inappropriate, Ali is more than welcome to hide the post.
Repeating this, as I don't want to see this picked apart and put under a microscope any more than is necessary. I'm here for a good time and prefer that my experience here in the forums remains a positive one.

I do understand your picture and if people look at the bottom right side, it has a label and these kind of pictures are found in google, picassa, flickr, bucket something, etc....and it was posted in a “Family photo” thread.
