I had been buying frozen berries in lidals and throwing them into the smoothie maker,I feel okay tho. I think.
.Think ill stick to the Irish berries,,,,I wouldn't pick blackberries from side of the road they might be full of lead,I hope that's not where the shop ones come from.

Yes buffy boling up fruits that contain vitamin c takes the nutrients away as vitamin c is destroyed by heat,
Vitamin A like in carrots green peppers are better cooked,green peppers are not good to eat raw,
Red peppers contain vitamin c so just cook lightly ,same with broccoli just cook for few minites.
