And if you feel gloomy in winter take vitamin d ,

I must get some of those,just one a day and eat fish too,


The sun makes vitamin d in our bodies ,we had a good summer this year so we would have got alot to sustain us but think ill get the vitamin d ,

Don't overdose by taking more than one as it is stored in our liver and v B is water soluble so flushed out when we wee,

I do alot of that drinking the tea,might get up in middle of night asleep to go for a wee,.
