Airstrikes are more accurate than sending a disease. They can send a missile that can pinpoint an exact house. Try getting a disease to do that.
You're prepared to wipe out millions of innocent people, just to kill a few thousand terrorists?
Also remember, once ebola has been unleashed, it will spread like wildfire as refugees flee the area.
