Well, in general I'd say they have globalism in mind. Collectivization of control and wealth. Reduction of individual liberty. A very small super-rich and all-powerful elite ruling over masses of very poor people.
They think it's their right because they are the guardians of reason and balance. (etc etc) as opposed to the rest of us unthinking brutes.
When they initiate their depopulation programs by means of manufactured epidemics, manufactured wars, spreading of toxic or radioactive waste in populated ares, (etc.) its for the good of the planet, to get rid of excess humanity.
When they steal the wealth of the middle class through inflation, taxes, bail-outs, wars and arms, space scams, (etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.......) it's actually recovering that wealth so it can be put to better use. (building themselves new summer villas).
They want to turn the world into a paradise. But we're not invited.
