Breakfast for me consists of a fruit smoothie with trim milk....great start to the day....puts a spring in my step.
....and a cook-up on the weekend....bacon, eggs and tomatoes....or pancakes....

That's fantastic Berry.
Here in France there are also loads of different type of smoothie cups and there's a brand of coffee shop that tops them all.( at the moment the name doesn't come in my mind ).
usually I have a cup of coffee with butter bread and when I get to do sport I always have a big cup of fresh orange juice ( made by myself ) with a bar of choccolate ( prefably mars ).
Yeah normally I don't have time to make an English breakfast even on weekends. I wake up at 7 o'clock and after a quick coffee I'm on my way to do gardening, bricolage, accountant at the same time , while my mum watches her soap's on TV
But when I visit UK , there is nothing on earth that I miss an English breakfast.------ This thread is Archived ------

I prefer an English breakfast(in more ways than one...
)We do the pancakes thing....it's more traditional cos children's father is American.
....but nothing like the English continental...eggs, bacon....toast & marmalade, freshly squeezed orange juice and a good brew of coffee

If its on plate I prefer with beans then peas.
