The hills behind Swifts Creek produced a massive amount of Gold now Cassilis is a ghost town in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. It was named after a district and castle in Ayrshire, Scotland. In the late 19th century, at the peak of the gold boom, it was a thriving mining centre and home to more than 500 people.

First attempt again the Gluten Free flour dough didn't rise, had tried mixing dried instant yeast with half a cup ground-mixed nuts, + few goji in 30c warmed water with a spoon of honey. Included in four mix two tsp double action baking powder, couple tsp Vitim C powder, kept warm for five hours, didn't rise hardly at all. Cooked it to see if it would under heat (the baking powder Vitim C powder should have) but no show, another brick the birds might beck at.

This loaf on yeast, warm water, spoon honey, three tsp instant yeast and sprinkle sugar on top the yeast. By time mixed flour, including Coconut Flour and usual milk powder + one egg, spoon molasses, ground mixed nuts + goji berries, 3/4 tsp salt (no baking powder or Vitim C power either) a sprinkle of white vinegar.
Any experts know why the latter dough sunk back down before i put in oven??

Because I had reaction to (I think Yeast) in last nights otherwise very good bread, enter plan-1 (b) yeast free bread using Laucke Gluten Free Easy Bakers Instant Oven Bread. The flour contains Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Rice Flour, (Grains Linseed, Kibble Corn, Sunflower Seed, Soya Grit) Soya Flour, Raising Agents (E575 & E500) Canola Oil (rapeseed oil) Salt, Sugar, Vegetable-Gum (E464, E412, E415).

Looked up some Info on what that meant: E575 - Glucono delta-lactone, E500 Sodium carbonate (also known as washing soda, soda ash and soda crystals), Na2CO3, is the water-soluble sodium salt of carbonic acid. It most commonly occurs as a crystalline heptahydrate, which readily effloresces to form a white powder, the monohydrate.
Vegetable Gum E464, Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,
E412 Guar gum

I used just under 250g of Laucke Easy Bake Flour + added a small hand of linseed, sunflower and almond meal, also I added less than half a cup of ground mixed nuts and a few goji berries, tossed all that into a bowl with the 180g of warm water.
Thought the mix looked a bit wet so added wee bit Gluten Free Multi grain flour, mixed well then poured into pre-warmed oven dish. I then placed the dough into a (turned off) pre-warmed microwave with mug of boiling hot water for twenty five minutes, took first photo and placed straight into oven…
