The powers that be are trying to bring forth their New World Order, New Universal Agenda, or Mr. Obama's "Change", by any means they deem necessary, while offering the people petty rewards at the same time. Not only did Pope Francis agree to many of the new plans while working with the United Nations, but also when he was exposed, several other plans were immediately implemented. The plans which were immediately implemented were the school shootings in Oregon on October 1, 2015, Russia's bombing in Syria, Hurricane Joaquin preparing to attack portions of the eastern seaboard, and more. As for the school shootings, MK Ultra may or may not be in operation. However, there are myriad operations being overseen by several alphabet agencies and DARPA that are looking into the creation of the super soldier, or “trained military assets.” These new operations are now absconding from LSD usage and are now conducting experiments in sleep research, neuro-pharmaceutical performance enhancement, and using “brain-computer interfaces.” There are now new drugs that promote brain plasticity, rewiring the mind, essentially, by helping to permanently establishing new neural pathways, and thus, new cognitive capabilities. Brain plasticity creates changes in behavior, perceived environment, neural processes, thinking, and emotions, as well as changes resulting from bodily injury. There is a new mind control program that’s the latest subproject which involves the recruiting of convicts, psychotics, and felons, into a rehabilitation method where their memories are erased, new programming is installed, and new identities are created. They are then uprooted and placed in new towns, unaware they can be reactivated by handlers trained by the CIA or some other alphabet agency. Whether the 20 year old who allegedly shot and killed a large number of teenagers at the Campus in Oregon today is part of this program, Americans should still take it into consideration that its highly possible. It is also seemingly a blatant message that Hollywood, local and national news medias, et cetera, is sending, especially after speculations about programmed assassins responsible for Columbine, Sandy Hook, the Virginia Tech Massacre, the James Holmes Aurora Dark Knight Theater shooting, the Charleston shootings, and the shootings in Louisiana. Many of the killers are part of the "Peak Soldier Performance Program,” which involves creating brain-machine interfaces for battlefield use, including human-robotic bionics for legs, arms, and eyes. DARPA works closely with the Defense Science Office on projects that include the medical research community. Fitzsimons Army Medical Center was at the forefront of DARPA research on the use of brain-connected neuroprosthetic limbs for soldiers whose limbs were amputated or paralyzed in combat.

It was argued that perhaps the planet was beyond repairing itself and that it was mankind’s responsibility to go in and do a surgical operation called geoengineering. Geoengineering of the planet has been called many other things: climate engineering, climate remediation, climate intervention, and in some circles, it is compared to planetary chemotherapy. While skeptics argue that there is no way science has the power to control the weather, science has said that they have the power in extreme conditions to alter the atmosphere, and will do it if necessary to somehow save the planet from extinction. What we are truly witnessing with geoengineering is junk science evolving into mad science, and literally confirming all of the fears presented by those who keep a close watch on things like chemtrails or ionospheric heating. The mad schemes of geoengineering are a threat to the planet, and it is also evident that so are global warming alarmists, especially alarmists with enough money to carry out experiments that could create an environmental catastrophe such as methane releases into the atmosphere, earthquakes, and weather modification. In ocean iron fertilization, for example, the amount of carbon dioxide removed from the atmosphere may be much lower than predicted, as carbon taken up by plankton may be released back into the atmosphere from dead plankton, rather than being carried to the bottom of the sea and sequestered. Geo- engineering research began as a war tactic in the 1940's, for the U.S. and the Soviet Union during the Cold War. During the Vietnam War, the U.S. used geo-engineering to flood certain areas. Then in 1976, 85 countries signed the U.N. Convention on the Prohibition of Military, or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques. The Environmental Modification Convention generally prohibits weaponizing geo-engineering techniques. However, this does not eliminate the risk. Geo-engineering techniques may serve as a weapon of mass destruction, creating droughts or famines designed to destroy or disable an enemy. They could also be used to make battlefield conditions more favorable for one side or the other in a war.

This happened of course during the Vietnam War with Operation Popeye. This operation extended the Monsoon season over Laos. Thee operation seeded clouds with silver iodide, resulting in the targeted areas seeing an extension of the monsoon period an average of 30 to 45 days. As the continuous rainfall slowed down the truck traffic, it was considered relatively successful. It created hazardous mud conditions for the enemy. There are laws or treaties that can prevent the manipulation of the climate as a weapon of war; it could be argued that geoengineering is itself a manipulation and thus destroying or disabling the geoengineering structures is not prohibited. A new legal framework may be necessary in the event that large-scale geoengineering becomes established. Weather tech, and the idea of geo-engineering, being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program or HAARP, was part of the Strategic Defense Initiative. However, there is a compelling argument that it is being used for rogue science. Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, some hurricanes (how do you think the media got the name for the storms), and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions. But Mr. Obama, and all of the devil forces within America, are more concerned with getting your guns!

In his diary, he had written that he believed that he was a victim of trauma-based mind control. He said in his videos that he was unable to trust the government because he believed he was a sleepwalker or a sleeper. The mainstream news claimed that he was rambling, a schizophrenic paranoid who became dissociative. In his own words, Loughner wrote in his diaries that he believed that “sleepwalking is the act or state of walking, eating, or performing other motor acts while asleep, of which one is unaware upon awakening. I’m a sleepwalker who turns off the alarm clock.” He felt he was walking along in a lucid dream state. He didn’t know if he was dreaming or if this was reality. His remarks sound similar to past alleged MK Ultra assassins that were programmed into hypnotic states in order to commit acts of terror. Loughner was called a loner, a pothead, a liberal, a communist and a Tea Party member. He became a political pawn for both the left and right wing. No one even bothered to say that Loughner was a man who had many demons buried deep in his unconscious mind. He had developed a dark mental illness that friends and relatives say was unbearable.

In 2011, Loughner was declared unfit to stand trial for his crimes. As CNN reported at the time, “U.S. District Judge Larry Burns said he based his decision on two recent court-ordered mental evaluations of Loughner at a federal hospital in Springfield, Missouri.” Loughner was sent to a federal psychiatric center for four months where he was to undergo drug treatment and testing to render him fit to stand trial. Slate reported in May 2001: “The Supreme Court has also allowed the government to medicate incompetent defendants against their will if the feds can demonstrate four things: a compelling reason for medicating, a good chance the drugs will work, proof that the drugs are necessary, and a lack of other options.” The harsh treatment and deprogramming can last up to six months if need be and if the suspect does not regain competency he will be committed to a medical institution. Nearly one quarter of those who are forced into treatment don’t recover. Some die. Loughner did not die after his federal ‘rehabilitation’ and was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Is this the future of the American correctional institutions? Is the procedure of mental torture in order to force competency an ethical thing to do? His mental state was obvious, there was no intervention, there was no counselor who stepped in, and there were no attempts at putting him in a place where he can be observed and be kept from harming himself and others. No gun law would have stopped what happened with Jared Loughner. No infringement of the second amendment would have stopped the shooting, but intervention and critical treatment for extreme mental illness may have helped, and the treatments did not necessarily have to include SSRI’s. The drugging torture after the fact puts into question whether or not his cognitive liberty was infringed upon.
