I never speak about things I dont know! But I have no nerves more to talk to you about that subject. Good lick to you!

Meister1Cool: May I ask Babs? What Island are you from in Polynesia?

Yes I looked at your profile, can you please be honest, are you from french Polynesia (you don't speak french), are you originally from the Philippines or Asia?

Serious question

Hi Meister,,

I am always honest and sincere with my dealings towards anybody.
I'm from the Phils.,, french citizen by marriage,,, meet my late husband in Cebu,, when he was on a holiday,, got married there, and been in France for 30 years now,, i have 2 beloved country,, Phils; et La France,, "je ne parlé pas français dans les forums pour la simple raison,, trop peu des membres peuvent la comprendre."
" i don't speak french in the forum for the simple reason that few can understand" and it's a sign of politeness,, when you are in public of diffrent language,, participate in a manner that everybody understands.

Have a great weekend oz,,, lots of filipinos there in your beautiful country,, i have few relatives and good fiends there,,handshake wave

Babettefr: I'm just among the people here who doesn't understand what's going on anymore,, but i have the merit to have the benefits of the doubt coz i'm in the midst of the chaos ,, i'm not rejecting anybody!!!

I can not imagine what it is like there. I have not been to Paris and other parts of France since the day before they opened the borders from having to get a visa. We actually were turned away at the border ( a buss full of seniors and "me") We had to turn around and go back to Spain to get the Visa. It was actually the celebration of the 200 years and there was a incredible large cake in the shape of the World ( Globe ) and the "Tour de Eiffel" piercing through it! I believe that was 1989. I was traveling with a Catholic group. The Father was a 95 year old man that went each year to show others around Europe and I went along as My Stepfather invited me. Much I was exposed to about religions was from him. At that time he was more interested in Zen, Buddhism, Hinduism, and some other metaphysical beliefs. but he was one that studied them all to find something he was looking for. He was a brilliant man that taught Ancient History. I wish he was still with us. He died while I was staying in Pasay City with a family there at their compound. It would be interesting to hear his views on what is going on in the World today. Sadly and humiliating for a man of such a grasp of ancient cultures was the Alzheimer's that robbed him of all his memories and finally after driving him to the point of madness he passed away. My youngest sister took him in and cared for him for the last years of his life. I learned a lot from him though and much to my dismay my siblings have taken many of the books he studied that were in my Mother's estate when she passed away this year. So, I know this is mostly irrelevant to the thread but maybe it will help for me to share just a little about my life as it is constantly misunderstood by people I meet. I do hope that one day I will see France again. Fatima was a place that was so full of spirit that it was in the air...it did not matter what you thought about, it was just like an automatic sensation that was indescribable to those that have not been. ;-}

PrimaveraSpring: Koran doesnt allow to kill anyone! It is written there - if you kill you will be tortured in the hell!!! You have to respect people of other religions!!! That is Koran! That is to be a muslim and not what you see!!!

They ARE Muslims, so the sooner everyone stops pretending, the better.
The Kuran is not the only book ruling the Muslim world, what about the other documents? Supposedly, well according to Islam experts, Kuran cannot be understood without those other documents. Plus there is the principle of abrogation - the earlier peaceful verses were replaced with the hateful, agrressive ones.

But to put these books aside - it is the actions of the Muslims that make this religion's followers a threat to the whole world today. And it is SILENCE of those Muslims who do not approve of what is being done in the name of their religion that justifies every single doubt, rejection, fear of this religion. PLUS this say majority forces the world to go back in time, will you be happy living in the 7th century again?

Discretion? I hear a duplicity in your posturing. It does make it harder to sense if you really read what I wrote or maybe it does not translate so well. I just can not tell from your responses....(one of the reasons I chose to share a bit). But it seems it somehow did not settle with you though you mention being welcome and doors open. I would not think that would be sensible but I guess we just come from very different worlds.

Where did you come up with "Polynesian"? "Pacific Islander" is correct for people that are from the Philippines as well as some other locales such as Hawaii. I do not see her as trying to misrepresent herself as you have implied. Not so cool mister. seriously. more misguided or paranoia motivated it would seem.
