California is #1 in the U.S. in the value of agricultural products, but it is only about 20% of the total economy. Arkansas is the home of Walmart and Walmart sells more in one year than all the farmers in Arkansas. Tennessee is not in the top ten in agricultural states.
Iowa is usually #2 in agricultural production, but that is still less than 1/2 of the total economy.

I was born and raised on a ranch. My folks raised horses, cattle, some sheep and some chickens. My folks liked to grow some corn, squash, tomatoes and strawberries.They also had some pecan trees, a couple of apple trees, and a peach tree. I remember canning the apples and peaches with my mom and grandmother each year. Great memories. I have a small ranch with horses sheep and chickens. I like to plant a flower garden every year too. I *LOVE* living in the country. :)
