If people arrange to meet they should turn up, even if not interested anyone can sit and have a polite conversation with another.
I do know that some men, turn up have a look and then decide if they will go over to the person, that's wrong.

wow Oh my god, that would be such a nasty thing to do to someone. I always say meeting for 1st time is not a date, it's to say Hi face to face and god it's not as if they are going to marry them lol, if u don't like each other after that, no harm done and maybe u might have just made a new friend.

No, it is common courtesy to turn up if it's agreed beforehand or to cancel on time.

Not nice, but you are better off without someone like that.

I did that before arranged to meet this 1 outside a shopping centre on a busy saturday..i walked pat her pretending i didn't see her..I did eventually meet her an hour later thoughlaugh

Women do it too, a man told me that he was to met a woman in a car park at a shopping centre, and she phoned him to say she had arrived,
so when he pulled into the car park she told him where she was, and to walk over, she must not have liked what she saw , and told him she was going home and didn't meet him, he had travelled a long way to meet her
