I think there is overwhelming proof to bring a case of criminal negligence against Bush.
He clearly invaded Iraq against the better judgment of the UN and congress. Bush didn't ask congress if it was a good idea, instead he basically coerced them to go along with him. That's a historical FACT.
He had absolutely no plan about what to do after toppling Saddam's army. NONE WHATSOEVER! If that's not criminal negligence with the use of an army I don't know what is.
How can you go into a war without being diplomatically prepared for the after math? Well, that's quite simple. Just be completely negligent about diplomacy. I think George Bush has exhibit an overwhelming wealth of evidence of his criminal negligence with respect to diplomacy, both before, during and for YEARS after the invasion of Iraq.
It should be an open and shut case. The proof overwhelming. It's simply overwhelming.
No need to charge him with anything else. Any lies or whatever else he may have done is totally insignificant to his total criminal negligence using the power and armies of the United States of America.
He most certainly should be impeached on the charge of negligence along. He is clearly negligent of long-term planning and so seriously criminally negligent of diplomacy.
Just charge him with criminal negligence. That's should be enough to impeach him right there.

He also distorted and manipulated intelligence to the American people and that is a high crime and cause for Impeachment and when he put together his hand selected panel to investigate the Iraq intelligence it was president mandated that they only looked at the CIA and not at Bush's use and misuse of the information. He covered his tracks pretty good. I just wonder why the Democrat Senators and Congress don't call for an investigation? Bush claimed Iraq was an imminent threat and that was distortion and manipulation and he did not have the evidence to back that up. Mr. Tenet was giving them briefings that were all one sided...just what they wanted and that is why he got the Medal of Freedom and took the fall.

How did President Bush get the entire world to bilieve that Saddam had WMDs? The Chinese though he did, the Russians, the Britts, all his neighbors. Even Saddam thought he had greater capabilities than he actually had. All those people got their info from President Bush?
