Stayed a Elinete last May in Bulgaria with a mate it was great, people didnt seem that bad and it was pretty cheap too - made some good friends too 
Maybe it's different now then, it was a few years back, when I watched a documentary, about it. q=o)
I know they've been through some pretty tough times, our tour guide old us quite a bit of history which was quite interesting, but it seems to be developing quite nicely, i'd go back there again anyway 
Im sure guys are intrested, dating sites can be a bit demoralising for some guys though and some give up sending messages because 9 out of ten times they dont even get a reply.
