I hope the person who gave me this potion won't sue me for copyright!!!

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1 teaspoon honey

2 teaspoons lemon juice (preferably fresh)

Seep ginger in freshly boiled water for about 2/3 minutes. (small glass) Add lemon, and honey. Stir. Sip slowly... ;)

No limits to how many you can drink a day: no list of side effects to this one! Oh and you can drive...it won't make you drowsy!

Depends on the type of headache! Low blood sugar headache eat something light, like fruit, crackers and yogurt, then sit and rest a little with eyes closed.

Eye-strain headache take a nap to rest the eyes.

Stress headache take a soothing warm bath to relax. Sometimes aroma therapy helps.

Lowering the light or putting on sun-glasses can sometimes help.

Different things may help, like a getting fresh air and taking a stroll if you have been indoors too much, listening to soft music to relax, massaging temples, combing your hair gently massages the scalp, caffeine has been known to help and this is a good reason to break out the chocolates, soda, tea, or coffee. Try any one of these things or all.

Excedrin Migrain works great for me. For an easy remedy, the local Grammar School Nurse puts wet sponges in the freezer. When a kid comes in with a headache, they are given a sponge. Laying down with a frozen sponge on your head must work because when local kids go to the out of town high school, the School Nurse knows what town they come from if they come in with a headache and ask for a sponge. I haven't tried it, but it's easy enough to do.

Of course, getting rid of the man who caused the headache is always helpful, but when the stress of daily life gets to you, a cold washcloth or sponge on the head and going to bed in a dark bedroom always helps.dancing
