if its the 4.3 litter extream blazer it takes the same throw out bearing as the 4x4 been there a few times there altogether diff in the extream blazer they used 4x4 trans in them dont put the wrong one in it will last for a little while lock up and then youll need to get a trany had it happen two times no fun good luck pull the 4x4 bearing up and see if its the same as you need
