I would go crazy. I have to be doing something, even when I am watching movies or TV shows, my hands have to be busy working on projects. I wouldn't make it in a jail cell, or an asylum.
Think I guess...see if I can wrap my head around a few things and finally understand them a way I've always wanted to...
Other than that...exercise,... go for a walk/hike,swim in the sea....come home...have a verrry long soak in bubble bath..do my hair and paint my toenails all different colours lol.....

Basically I made this thread, because it doesn't really make sense, read the title again ......I mean there is always something to do like
blathin: Since you asked ..how about you Pedro, what would you do?
In my title it says ''noting to do'' that was my trick question for CS......because there is always something happening each moment and throughout the passing of time

See..there's always things for doing lol...
Do you never set aside some time for doing nothing?
I mean to sit quiet, do absolutely nothing, except observe your thoughts without engaging them. Observe your breathing without changing it, notice how your breathing happens automatically. It's a great way to calm your mind and invigorate your body, especially if you make a daily habit of it.

Yes it's a simple meditation, in Buddhism it's called Shamatha or calm abiding meditation. The most common method is to use the breath as the 'object' of the meditation. You can use other things as the object, a candle flame for instance but learning g to use the breath is good because it's always there. Contrary to common belief most meditation is not really for relaxation although that does happen. It's really to help train the mind to become more aware and focused, in fact it's quite the opposite from becoming drowsy or dulling the senses, it sharpens the mind and gives much more clarity to your thoughts and helps to positively connect with your feelings. Of course this is only the case if it's done on a daily basis, little and often is the best way to begin.

I have 2 say when you fully focus on the breathing makes one feel fully alive......so simply but yet so effective ......we all have the elements to feel well everyday .....imo we don't have to say prayers with words. Feelings/emotions/thoughts speak louder than words........too our maker if there is one? the mystery of faith they call it....
