bodleing2: I can spend weeks in Southern Spain in the sun and won't get a tan anywhere near the same as if I were to just spend a week on the west coast of the uk.
It's the same in any Mediterranean country and even sub tropical countries. A week on the North Wales coast in a hot spell and I'm darker than I would be after a month in Goa.
Not sure why that should be.

I just borough my neighbours!
Whenever my dogs are in their space on tge terrace it hops onto the roof and into my house through my roof window... has a stroll around the house, comes say hi and wanders off again

Its a boy—he’s a little under the recommended age of leaving the nest, but it’ll be fine. I’ve spent time with him, already, several visits, so he is used to me. (Seems to be very comfortable with me, whereas other kittens in litter weren’t so “cozy”. He’s a tabby; yellow-orange on ears and forehead, stripes graduating down shoulders and back in ‘rust-brown’ with silver points, giving him a kind of frosted-ginger-bread appearance. Haven’t fully picked out a name; several in the offing. I just borough my neighbours!

Zipper, Neptune, Mortimer, are a few maybes. I thought about “Sam”, but just met a guy named that, so no on that. Avoiding cheesy, goo-goo gas gaa names, and names ending in a long “e”(because so many pets have those names..) any ideas on names?
