I think it is on the same album as Africa. Kind of got hidden. The album had 3-4 good tunes. It didn't get the same play on air unless you had your own album or CD

I really liked it, thanks for posting....Almost sacrilege to cover Journey but I think this guy does it as well as could be done

Great thread. I never considered comparing covers. Nice to spend some time looking up fav tunes and then finding covers to see if they match up or come out in a way that just makes it as good or better. Great idea Gra. 
It's a pleasant diversion from all of the current so called "experts" on everything and nothing.

I t was one of the few songs that stopped me dead in my tracks when I first heard it.The cover by the choir was recorded at Portmerion Italian village in North Wales. It's a bizzare place which attracts tens of thousands every year. It is bathed by the gulf stream, has beautiful white sands and palm trees. I've sailed round the coast there a few times and driven there.

Beautiful. I've always wanted to make my way to GB and Wales cos that's where me mom's from and lived before she married my canuck dad and headed to Canada. I spend a lot of time in Wales, mainly North Wales in the Summer. For me, it has everything, Snowdonia Natinal Park and a wonderful coastline. In fact it was the first country in the world to have a public footpath running the entire lengh of it's coastline, 830 miles in all.More Threads
