Sars Lasted a good couple years. Time to relax. I am living a fairly solitude life and using anti corvid cream as much as I can. Almost 900 people died this week in British Columbia Canada from the heatwave.
Meth/crack people died in heavy and heavier numbers EVERYDAY. SO QUIT FIGHTING So Foolishly.

Grit is another one of my classes I participate in at the gym that I will be doing this morning..This Grit video is all about Cardio no weights needed except your body weight..My other Grit strength classes we use weights..Every class I attend the program is different from week to week..No class is ever the same..Give it a bash peeps....
