In the Physical-World it is not necessary to experience everything by yourself. We can learn lessons from the experiences of others. But in the Spiritual-World everything has to be experienced by yourself, the experiences of others can serve as a guide and inspiration for us.

I would say humans rarely learn from the experience of others. Too arrogant. Humans think ''it won't happen to THEM''

On the other hand people/spirits connected to source can benefit from the wisdom available to them depending on their level of perception and sensitivity.
