Canada forums look depressing. Is it that bad? (6)

Now seeing what's happening on social media, it makes me think it won't be the Canada I know from the past. Most of the videos posted nowadays are people literally struggling to survive. I don't know how realistic is this, but the forums here have kinda the same mood. Especially recent posts. Is it so bad in Canada nowadays? And which people are affected the most?
