I have a female student who is addicted to whiskey. I'm afraid she is already alchoholic . She lives in South Korea so that's how they deal stress.

Alcohol is every bit as bad as any hard drug, takes your life over. Alcohol is not a good way to deal with stress, it will only make you have more stress in the long run.------ This thread has reached the limit ------

I spent a lot of time around alcohol and drugs back in the day. I never seen anything good come from it. Alcohol is a downer and too much of it will destroy your peace of mind. Best way to deal with stress is a bath with epsom salts.------ This thread has reached the limit ------
