Seen a kidney specialist a few days ago. He didn't sign my death warrant but told me I absolutely need to stop smoking ciggs and stop taking anti inflammatorys for my back and leg. I am going to listen to him for a change instead of tuning him out like I would have one time.One piece of good news. Its a filthy habit. I'm not missing it. I got to go through the steps with the patch to get off nicotine completely but I was a heavy smoker and I am surprised how well the patch is working out. Believe me, your not missing anything by not smoking.------ This thread has reached the limit ------
