The problem is that the media has too much influence in the states & everything that is challenged in regards to the war , is silenced , even to the point of people loosing their jobs , especially in the media .
To me , the USA has become a propagandaist state , which makes it no better that any other dictatorship.
And yet, trust in the media has never been lower... while alternative media sources and citizen journalists have never had more influence.... to the degree that the establishment is desperately trying everything possible to censor and de-platform, but with not that much success overall. They have lost control of the narrative. And as they become ever more desperate, they just awaken more people to their corruption. Which kind of presents a Catch 22 for them: continue as they are and eventually people will rise up and say enough is enough and demand their removal from power and a true reckoning. Or, they go full tyrant and hope their paid thugs have enough might to brutalize and suppress any opposition. But as to the latter, how do they do that in The United States? There's a little thing called The Second Amendment that stops them. So really i think they're in check mate. I think they will lash out and attempt chaos and confusion in the process. But i believe ultimately they will fail.
