I prearrange it with the local NEWS and I rent a white horse and a suit of armor.
I have her friends take her to the mall on a crowed day, then when she least expects it I ride into the mall on the horse in the suit of armor and with NEWS cameras rolling and I dismount right in front of her. Then speaking into a microphone held by a famous anchorperson I get down on a knee and ask her to marry me.
After I ask her all the cameras turn on her and they shove the microphone in her face.
