Once upon a time in the land of Yarnia... yarns were woven and hung in the sun to catch the crows that happened to be flying by....
as it so happened one early spring afternoon, a flock of crows came to investigate the infamous gardens of Yarnia. You see they had heard it in the wind that the tastiest morsels and loveliest orchards were growing there and the fruit was famous over the whole countryside!
Birds have been known to gossip and converse in the most exagerated fashion don'tcha know!
So on this occassion the crows had invaded the gardens and wreaked havoc in the trees scaring and intimidating all the beautiful songbirds and eating and devastating the orchard!!!
so one day after a little bird had carried this tale of woe and gloom to as many as she could warn...a small tribe of ants and one lone cockroach decided to see what could be done to save the delicious gardens of Yarnia.... (because you see , they had been the lucky recipients of nature's bounty) ,as the magical fruit fell from the branches and whilst left unoticed lying on the ground and beautifully within reach, the little tribe and the lone cockroach feasted on the ripest and most delectable fruits of Yarnia's garden.
What a calamity it would be !!! indeed, if they could no longer participate in their feasting and the delights of the Orchard!!!

The next day the little tribe of ants and the lone cockroach decided to come up with a plan to save the gardens of Yarnia from the invading crows and their horrible lack of proper decorum, not to mention good table manners...
so they began to string their yarns AAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL over the land of Yarnia
and in such a creative way that the colours and textures and weavings would be in a beautiful harmony and add to the ambiance of the once lovely playground, now devastated by the crows.
so they picked up a little fruit of inspiration ...scattered here and there..and began to weave , and sooner or later .....WHAT do you think came out of their endeavours!!???
off in the distance , just behind a bush.... an Armoire was found..(otherwise known in different areas of the garden as a wardrobe lol)

It seems that some of the fruit in the Gardens of Yarnia have magical properties!!!
and once eaten , will render invisible , invincible, and altogether unrecognizable! , the one that partakes of said fruit!!!
indeed !! some people become something COMPLETELY different , than anything they EVER were!!!!! and begin to act out in the most bizarre manners!! oh oh oh !!!!
It just so happened that on this particular occassion a very creative and artistic bird happened to take a bite of some of this magical fruit....and LO and BEHOLD....she flew into the Armoire!!
...........came out the other side and stepped out of the closet as a Princess! a Champion of the Lonely and the lost...and she was INTOXICATING toall that laid eyes on her.

The little tribe of ants and the lone cockroach were delighted!!!!!!
and gathered twigs and branches and leaves and yarns and were busier than they had ever been ...rustling and bustling and building and constructing and every now and then eating a donut!!!>>>>> ..( o )
until they finally stopped to examine their masterpiece.....A THRONE for the beautiful and creative and sublimely artistic Princess ......they decided to title their work of art...THE NAUGHTY CHAIR.... where she would reign over all those who were naughty in the gardens of Yarnia

some birds are and some arn't...predators are everywhere ... but if the clever ants and birds weave their yarns well ....only the crows and carnivores will be caught!
Weaving is a gentle craft, relax Lily, you are one of the finest, and here, I will move the balls of thread from your feet, we dont want you hurting yourself there...

and the weave goes on.....
so one day the little tribe of ants and the lone cockroach wondered ...if we eat from some of this magic fruit, will we emerge from the Amoire ? and out of the closet as well???
is there a possibility that we too may live like a prncess and be graceful and loved by all in the land???.......
so they asked the song birds and the larks, they went to the Robins and the Veeries, the bluebirds and the wood peewees and asked which fruit was the best to give them the eloquence and grace that adorned the beautiful & Artfull Princess...and they were told the secrets of the garden of Yarnia...but only if they swore under an oath of servitude forever to never never never leave the remnants of their gobstoppers ever again hidden amoungst the leaves on the carpet of the orchard....the crime had mangeled many a fine feather and the birds found flocking oh so much more cumbersome with this gooey sticky bleghy stuff stuck to their feathers...
OH OH OH !!!! the horror !!! the horror!!! they cried !!! we meant that to be for the insipid crows !! those predators of the orchard!! we had no idea you would become entangeled in our plot to drive them from the garden!!!
please accept our deepest apologies and in the future rest assured we will find another manoeuvre for foiling the attempts of these intimidating creatures....
so the little tribe of ants and the lone cockroach listened carefully to the wisdom of the songbirds and took the information to heart, and began their search of those specific magical fruits that would transform them into the beautiful beings that slept within them and only waited for the moment of instantaneous awakening , to cross them from the Armoire's threshold and out of the closet into the light .
Meanwhile, in a cellar far, far away, beneath a beautiful water-logged city, sat a mosquito.
A happy little fellow, who bzzd around hither and thither looking for a warm body to land on.
This mosquito had long since desired to spend more than one hour a day out in the sunlight. But the only chance he got was when the door at the top of the world was opened and the sunlight flooded in.
He was so unprepared most days that he always missed the door opening.
But one day the giant at the top of the world had left the door open!!
The sunlight filled the cellar with rays of colour and light!
The mosquito, as usual was rumi-nating about his lack of freedom, that he almost didnt realise that the door had been left open.
As he cautiously bzzd up the stairs, the light was almost too blinding ... fortunately his mosquito sunshades were to hand
He flew to the frame of the door and out in to the top of the world.
Just as his freedom was assured he noticed a beautiful tree by a window. This tree was adorned with the most amazing flowers ...
These beautiful flowers were purple, violet, pink and white.
As he flew closer to the tree he noticed a small butterfly.
He had seen these butterflies in the window of his dark cellar, and marvelled at their wings ...
His wings were skinny, but the butterfly had wide, expansive wings.
The butterfly asked, as the mosquito approached, "have you heard? The Armoire has been discovered!!"
Butterflies, as Im sure you are aware, dear reader, are known for their gossipping.
The mosquito, who knew nothing of this, replied "No, I didnt"
"Well", said the butterfly, "the ants and a lone cockroach are currently working their anty/roach butts off to make sure that the crows dont eat the fruit!"
The mosquito, having no idea what the butterfly was talking about nodded sagely.
"So, where is this happening?" asked the mosquito?
"Why?" asked the butterfly, "you want to go visit them? Not me, the crows are likely to catch me and eat me. But you can go if you want. Ill just stay here and organise a hand-full-of-piece-ful protest!"
"Well, ok", said the mosquito, "Just point me in the direction and I will help out"
The butterfly stretched out his long wing and pointed towards a contraption that looked like a giant black bug, scuttling along the ground, weaving and avoiding other big black bugs ... "Follow that thing there, it travels along towards the trees and over the water, and finally ends up in a big green area ... That is where you need to be!
