Just spent ages writing down a recipe for roast chicken and vege... then I went and pressed the wrong key and it all disappeared 
So.... now you'll just have to wait till it's my turn to cook!

I roasted a chicken (curtesy of local supermarket... sans Ganja seeds) and WOW... what a roast chicken that was... completely different to how it comes out cooked in the normal electric oven! Fabulous, puffy, crispy, tasty!!!!!
