actually i like dogs...dont love them but like...i had tree dogs in diferents times but realised that they are trouble....specially in public! but not anymore...

Yes, I agree, Tree Dogs can be trouble. I once had a Tree Dog too, and it used to bark at everyone from its tree. Scared the kids silly, not expecting a dog to attack from the bushy branches as one walked by. This dog would come out of its tree at night to sleep in the house, but then it peed on the furniture, so I gave him to a good friend of mine, to get rid of her.

but to keep on the subject very dangerous dogs that bite people should be put down no matter how sad this is but really the owners should be the ones to be put down or at very least heavy fined
