If you asked me that 10 years ago, I would say YES instantly. But now as I grew older and wiser I figured that a six pack (although a plus) is not a must. I appreciate men with good appearance, nobody's body will stay in a good shape unless you work at it, but good appearance and the attitude that usually comes with it is putting me off these days!

A six pack doesn't bother me too much so long as the guy is comfortable with his body or if not is striving to do something about it rather than just complain and sit around and expect their body to get in shape on without any help. It helps if they are a bit concerned with what they put in their bodies.

Women who over-exercise and enter 'Miss Universe' competitions are not attractive to me, but ladies who swim a lot have amazingly toned bodies which can be awesomely beautiful; however I have no desire to date an Olympic swimmer as I prefer women to spend some time on terra firma in my company - it's hard to hold a decent conversation with a woman doing a 5 kms workout in a pool with a rubber hat on, goggles, ear plugs and a silly thingy pinching her cute nostrils!
The solution is to date women who look good but are lazy; when they get flabby tell them you are going out for a drink on your own...... and don't come back!

I decided to cut down to a ciggie after a cup of coffee - result I was drinking over 20 cups a day
