and there are people who laugh AND snort like hogs; some also sound as if they have a terminal case of Whooping cough...ahhh, a new attraction at your local carnival...laughing booths and people can take turns laughing and trying to make another laugh... (tickling is optional)
No there would be no need to say anything, there laugh is part of them and if a person is a true friend to someone you would not want to change them, but would laugh with them
For me a person with a dirty laugh would be alot of fun to be with not an embarrasement.
Yes definitely, I would tell anybody with a "bad" laugh. Laughing is someting one learns by oneself. If one had incorrect table manners, one would need to be told it was not the correct way to eat. If one laughed in such a way to disgust a good percentage of the audience, yes I' d tell him/her to make them a better more presentable person. It is then up to them to change. Remember the proverbial "you can take your horse to the water, but you cannot make it drink.!"
Someone with a realy loud raucous impossibly sounding laugh is hilarious... and lots of fun to have around! Very few people know how to realy laugh .... and they got ears, they know what they sound like, but they also got a sense of humour .... so what?
