Do you sometimes feel down for no apparent reason? How do you fix it? When I get a feeling like that, I know something's gonna happen....my whole being just has an ominous feeling about it.
Hey don't worry...Every time we feel bad doesn't mean that something bad will actually happen...When i feel down, i do something i like to do...Hobbies etc...Also i meet my friends and go out...Just to get out of the house....With the company i feel better right away!!!
When I feel down, just look at my lad, who normally grins back at me, and think that there´s always someone worse off than me. Then usually Brad tells me he loves and I feel lots better!!!!!
I reckon you have to just shake the feeling off, do something, cos if its gonna happen its gonna happen and worrying wont make a ha'porth of difference

I'm at work most of the time and don't get to spend half as much time as I'd like to with my daughter....I think that's part of this feeling. Carla (my two-year old daughter) surprized me the other day by saying I love you out of the blue, which she rarely does. Just this weekend she gave me an unexpected kiss right on my cheek, which was also a first.
If you think about it, you spend from 8 - 10 hours per day at work (sometimes more). When you get home, there's washing to be done, you need to cook a healthy dinner, clean the house, bathe and clothe your children, etc. And that doesn't leave you with much quality time for your loved ones, does it?
everybody got the blues sometimes you gotta live it - it's part of the human nature. I usually take a hot bubble-bath,listen to classic, glas of wine or cup uf tea, read a book, call a friend or think of my family and how much i love them...and how glad i a'm,that they're all doing well...
Know what you mean, but at least you´re setting a good example to her by showing her that you have to work to get anything good in this life. Anyway it makes you both appreciate the time you have got with each other.............thats how I try and get through my day........smile, sending you a hug from Spain
this must make the time you can spend with her really special, each and every moment of it to be treasured and added to the book of a lifetime of memories - the times you do have together are so precious
