to me honesty and trust is a very big part of a relationship, unfortunatly it doesn't seem to be there very often.

I would lie if i said i never look or it makes no difference, its automatic that you look at a person you meet. The difference is if i judge them on it and i dont. I am more interested in the person within rather than his looks be it short/tall/overweight/slim.....
i look at the hands, the smile and the eyes. The hands to see how gentle he can be, his eyes to get to his heart and his smile for warmth.

25 years is One Hell Of A Big Gap! I had a proposal from a guy 18 years older than me ... but every time we went anywhere I kept being told "Your Dad was here and ......" or "Your Dad said to tell you ......", so although it was flattering to think I still could look like someones daughter, I did not enjoy that.

In answer to your question age of marriage in some countries for girls is as low as 9 . They have no choice and parent or guardian can make the decision . A man is also allowed to have 4 permanent and an unspecified number of temporary wives all at the same time . I am not humouring you . These are facts and are embedded in some National Constitutions .

Hi Earthman, Yes I know, from what everyone says about oz that its much more multicultural there, more like the old SA than CH!
Here its a tribal life ... where people seem to be content to remain in their "place" they were born to. If your Daddy was a Plumber then you gotta be a plumber, and if Daddy married a wiss girl then you gotta marry a swiss girl,( unless of course you a rebel and you go buy yourself a young Thai wife and pledge to support her extended family over in Thaiwan for the rest of your life) and you never leave the place of your birth, or the house of your birth, and you still drink at the same pub as your great great grandfather and all the other ancestors since the 3rd Century, cause you inherited their chair at the Stammtisch!
Probably I will end up in oz.... when I will be hobbling around with my walking sticks .... when I finished educating my family here and we all head for the Land of Sun, and flies, and fresh-water crocodiles, and other things that are an improvement over the crime of SA.....?
