hey dear friends thanks for your posts kiss

Swimming is my favourite sport & i stay in the water as long as i can.

Dont sunbathe a lot as i get too red first then turn into a nice tan colour.

Yes swimming helps the body & mind. cool

i find swimming as the best thing one can every do. i try doing it everyday, at sea, but in winter i use the pool. the pool is a bit better especially if it is used for swimming rather than just relaxing as at sea there are a lot of people just relaxing and it looks a bit funny to swim somewhere with no ends. but that is a personal opinion.

it is also great during exams. and while studying too....

An extremely good therapy......if I could only swim. No that is not exactly the truth. I can swim, but prefer to stay in the shallow waters.

Regards sunbathing, I leave all that to you ladies, cos I carry my umbrella wherever I go. I am happy with my colour, and very much afraid of the sun's harmful rays.

Awesomely- stimulatingly refreshing therapy.....personally prefer pools or shallow waters of Caribbean coast. Ocean? No, Less likely. Perhaps watched too many "Jaw"(sharks) series plus dislike the itchy sand feel in the bathing suit.

Carry sunscreen at all times......not fan of "lizard's skin" look as well as skin cancer.

I guess outdoor swimming is over now. But we can still enjoy some exercise in an indoor gym pool even though i hate pools.

Its not over for me Marti. I keep swimming all year round, wih or without a wet suit. Try riviera on a sunny afternoon in November. You can after enjoy a cappuchino at the bar and read your book.
