I like Airliner's take on hot. 
There are so many here in these parts that would likely provide "hot" as a self-descriptor, whereas I would view them as the inverse.
One man's "plain" could easily be another man's "hot."

Well, now you've all got me laughing....because, at my age I don't expect to be considered "hot". But, I'm glad to hear that some of you men feel that it is the whole package. That makes it a bit more believable for me.

And, I know that I can't possibly compare my body with you young uns anymore, but, if the whole package counts for something.....I bet I CAN give ya a good run for your money.
It's in the eye of the beholder, anyway, so, there's no sense in my worrying about it. But it sure does do something for a lady's ego!
To be perfectly honest, these days, if I see a guy I think is Hot, I can be reasonably sure he's too young for me. (Oohhh, did I say that?) Is there any age when men are too OLD to be hot????? I sure hope not!.

Honestly I don't know what's HOT. I know what attracts me, but I can't seem to figure out what the majority of women like. I couldn't tell you if I'm in the majority women would call HOT or NOT. It just seems to boil down to a matter of prefrence.
